Yoga on the Common
Come and join me for outdoor yoga classes on Wimbledon Common on Sundays 10-11am. Sunshine, yoga together, fresh air - this is a great way to start your day.
The Sunday session takes place on the Plain, the field on your left hand side as you drive towards the Windmill.
This is a Beginners & Mixed Level Hatha yoga class, everyone is welcome to join in, teenagers as well! Drop-in classes at £10 per session.
The yoga poses will be offered at different levels to allow everyone to have a sense of ease and feeling of being grounded in every posture. There is no need to be flexible to come along!
Thank you for bringing your own mat. Please note that blocks will be provided to support you in the postures.
