Yoga on the Common

Come and join me for outdoor yoga classes on Wimbledon Common on Sundays 10-11am. Sunshine, yoga together, fresh air - this is a powerful way to start your day.

The Sunday session takes place on the Plane, the field on your left hand side as you drive towards the Windmill.

This is a Beginners & Mixed Level Hatha yoga class, everyone is welcome to join in, teenagers as well! Drop-in classes at £10 per session.

The yoga poses will be offered at different levels to allow everyone to have a sense of ease and feeling of being grounded in every posture. There is no need to be flexible to come along!

Thank you for bringing your own mat and a bottle of water. Please note that blocks and straps will be provided to support you in the postures.
