3 Days Creating Space Yoga Retreat in Somerset (Feb 9-11)

Come and join us for a weekend away in a magical retreat centre in Somerset. Nestled in a quiet and secluded location, it is a truly perfect place to relax and regain energy after the long winter months.

We will focus on creating space in your mind and body by opening to movement and breath! The yoga sessions will be leading towards creating space for your joints and spine to move more freely, opening and balancing shoulders and hips and releasing tension in your spine. Through mindfulness meditation practice, we will guide you towards more awareness and space for your breath to move freely in and out of your body, providing a sense of calmness and stillness within.

Welcome as you are!
